The HereNow racing system supports a variety of ways to create the schedule including manually setting the times,  using a pattern of start time and centers to set a block of flight times, and changing a block of flight times by incrementing all of their times.

Manually Setting Times

To manually set the times, simply enter the time into the time field. The time must be in the format [year-month-day 24hr:minutes] For example 2015-09-14 9:30.

    Time Series Tool
  4. Enter the start time for the first flight in the format 2015-09-14 13:00
  5. Enter the amount of time you need between each flight as the “Centers” field.
  6. Click OK to close the dialog. The times will be changed and the schedule resorted in time order.

Incrementing (or Decrementing) Flight Times for a Weather Delay

To change the times for a weather delay, you will often need to simply push back the start times. To do so, do the following:

  1. Select the flights you would like to change. Note: you may shift-select to select a range of flights and you may use the select dropdown to select all or none of the flights.
  2. Click Flight Tool up at the top of the screen.
    Time Tool
  3. In the flight tool dialog, select the Increment tab.
    Increment Times
  4. Enter the number of minutes by which you would like to change the selected flights. For example, to make the flights be 30 minutes later, increment the times by 30. Note: you can use a negative time such as -30 to make the flights 30 minutes earlier.
  5. Click OK. The dialog closes and the times of all of the flights are updated and the schedule is resorted to take the new flight times into account.
