The starter gets the benefits of the work done by the referees at weigh-ins and the launch site. The starter heat sheets are informational and show scratches recorded at registration, deadweights logged at weigh-ins, and launch times & alternate bow numbers recorded at the launch sites. There is nothing to enter at the Starter position.
