Simplified Workflow for Making Bow Numbers and Links Public

To make it easier to make the flights public, the schedule page now has a tool to change the Public status of selected flights. Use this when initially setting up a race to make a bunch of flights public all at the same time.

When the schedule is ready to show to the public, it’s now easy to do this from the scheduling page. Makes sense, right?

Then after the bow numbers have been set, you can publish the heat sheets and results from the Bow #’s page. Again, nice simplification.
